Private charter boat on turquoise water near Nassau

The Bahamas most people fly home without seeing.

Private charters from Nassau to Rose Island, the swimming pigs, the turtles and the beaches with nobody on them. Your boat, your group, your day.

Private means private.

No shared boat, no schedule built around forty strangers. You tell us what kind of day you want — snorkeling, the pigs, a long lunch on a beach, or all of it — and we build the route around your group. Captain is always included, and he knows where the turtles actually are.

We pick up near East Bay Street, or right at Prince George Wharf if you're coming off a cruise ship, which saves you the taxi.

Where we go

A four-hour day fits three or four of these comfortably. A full day fits all of them, slowly.

Snorkeling over a coral reef

Reef snorkeling

Shallow coral heads full of fish. Gear on board, and the captain gets in with you if you'd rather not go alone.

Green sea turtle in clear water

Swimming with turtles

Green turtles feed in the shallows off Green Cay. The single thing guests write home about most.

Rose Island beach

Rose Island & Pig Beach

The famous swimming pigs, plus quiet stretches of Rose Island most tour boats go straight past.

Beachside restaurant

Lunch at Footprints

Beachside food, feet in the sand. A good place to break up a six or eight hour day.

Sandbar in shallow turquoise water

Sandbars & secluded beaches

Gilligan's Island, the shallow flats, and beaches you can only reach by boat.

Boat cruising past Paradise Island

Harbour sightseeing

Paradise Island, Atlantis from the water, the celebrity homes and the old Nassau waterfront.

Snorkeled the reefs, swam with the turtles, ate lunch on the beach at Footprints. Four hours went by in what felt like one.

Group of ten adults, comfortable the whole day. The crew found calm water on a windy afternoon and made it all look easy.

Our captain knew exactly where to go. Turtles, a manatee, and beaches with nobody else on them. We'd book again tomorrow.

Questions

We're on a cruise ship. Can you pick us up?

Yes — right at Prince George Wharf, so you don't pay for a taxi. Tell us your ship and arrival time and we'll build the trip around your all-aboard time, with a buffer.

Do the kids need to swim?

No. Life jackets are on board for every size, and plenty of our stops are shallow enough to stand in. The captain will pick spots that suit your group.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Please do. There's cooler space and ice on both boats. If you'd rather eat ashore, we'll stop at a beachside restaurant.

What if the weather turns?

If it's not safe or not enjoyable, we reschedule or refund you in full. We'd rather you come back another day than spend four hours getting rained on.

Is the pig show included?

The boat ride there is. Entry to the pig show is paid on the island — $30 per adult, $20 per child.

Can you collect us from Baha Mar or Atlantis?

Baha Mar, yes — we meet you on the beach behind Rosewood for a $150 fee, on either boat. For Atlantis and Paradise Island, ask us when you book and we'll sort out the closest option.

Do you run fishing charters?

Three options, all four hours with tackle included. Reef fishing is $850. Light tackle for yellowtail snapper, Spanish mackerel, barracuda and grouper is $1,000. Offshore trolling for tuna, wahoo and mahi is $1,300 — the distance and the speed you troll at burn considerably more fuel. We can mix fishing with a swim stop if your group wants both.

How far ahead should we book?

In high season, as far ahead as you can. Cruise-ship days fill first. Last-minute is worth asking about — we sometimes have a gap.
